Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of Envello's transactional email API, SMTP relay, and dashboard (the "Service"). By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Envello provides transactional email sending, delivery-event logging, and related infrastructure. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice, and to change published pricing in accordance with the price-stability pledge described on our pricing page.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys and account credentials. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

Use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination, with or without notice depending on severity, to protect the shared sending reputation of every customer on the platform.

4. Fees and billing

Paid tiers are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Overages beyond your plan's included volume are billed at the published per-thousand rate. Failed payments enter a 14-day dunning period before sending is paused; data is never deleted before 60 days.

5. Data processing

Where you send personal data of your own end users through the Service, our Data Processing Agreement applies and forms part of these terms.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Envello's liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded. Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury where such limitation is not permitted by law.

7. Termination

You may cancel at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate the Acceptable Use Policy or pose a risk to the shared sending infrastructure.

8. Governing law
